Since summer is basically here, I have decided that I am much to large around the waistline. I feel uncomfortable with the way my midsection looks and have decided to do something about it, despite my hate of cardio.
At the beginning of this week (May 12. 2014), I have undertaken the methods of the co-founder of MusclePharm, Corey Gregory.

The workouts themselves are taxing due to the cardio beforehand and the high repetitions, high frequency of the 5 exercises involved. I am used to working in the 8-12 range for most exercises, this program pushes into 20 for each of 5 exercises. The hardest part of this 21 day workout will most likely be the diet. I am at the end of the first week and my stomach has been growling for the past 3 days. It is hard to make a drastic change in diet, but I really want this excess blubber gone.
